Below you will find several standard plans to choose from. All of these plans can be modified to meet the special needs of any particular client. Examples of special client needs that we have met in the past include the following:
- House modifications for handicap access including ramps, wider doorways, bathing facilities, and accessible kitchens.
- Dual master suites, and “in-law” quarters for situations where it is necessary to care for an ill or infirm family member while still maintaining some private areas in the home.
- Energy efficient construction for those seeking the most efficient designs and systems to reduce utility costs
We can also accommodate and assist in design and build of fully custom homes either creating a design with the client or referring to a qualified architect to assist with the design process.
